Winners include , whose “live mail art” piece involved sending Wikileaks founder Julian Assange a parcel containing a camera to his home (the camera documented and live-tweeted its journey through the postal system); the Berlin-based , who combines painting, sculpture and museum display elements in her practice; and art historian .
